Acceptance and registration of documents for admission to participation in the competition is carried out from July 15, 2021
The electronic application must be filled out on the grant.kazenergy.com website within the above period.
Consideration of candidates' documents is carried out within 25 calendar days from the date of the deadline for accepting documents.
Conditions for participation in the competition:
1) Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2) Unconditional admission or study at an educational institution (if the student has no financial debt)
3) Compliance with the following indicators:
-certificate UNT / CT 80 points or more;
- the average score of the candidate's diploma of at least 4.0 (out of 5.0) for applicants entering the first year of the undergraduate program;
-GPA not less than 3.0 (B) for candidates who have completed the first year of bachelor's degree;
-GPA not less than 3.33 (B +) for candidates who have completed the second, third year of the bachelor's degree;
-GPA of at least 3.33 (B +) for candidates enrolled in all postgraduate courses.
List of required documents:
1) Copy of identity card / birth certificate / passport with individual identification number (IIN);
2) A copy of a document confirming the receipt of previous education and a score (UNT / CT certificate or diploma) - for those who entered the first year and for students, a transcript indicating the GPA for the previous year of study (in the case of a different knowledge assessment system, the presentation of a certificate academic part, about academic performance equivalent to GPA of at least 3.0 (B) for those who completed the first year of the bachelor's degree, at least 3.33 (B +) for those who completed the second and third courses of the bachelor's degree, as well as a GPA of at least 3.33 (B +) for persons enrolled in all courses of postgraduate education;
3) certificate of family composition (only for large families);
4) documentary evidence of one or more of the specified categories, if any: low-income and (or) incomplete family, orphan, disabled person;
5) certificate of enrollment for training / training (indicating: the cost of training for 1 academic year for payment by legal entities, course and form of training, absence of financial debt) with a signature (on the official letterhead or certified by the seal of the educational institution);
6) copies of documents confirming participation in competitions, olympiads, etc. (in the presence of);
7) a motivation letter, which is an essay, but no more than 500 words (only for those participating in the competition for a Master's degree);
8) Letters of recommendation in the amount of 2 copies, in the state / Russian / English languages (optional), representing a review of the candidate by the recommending persons (including the scientific advisor) (only for those participating in the competition for the degree "Doctor of PhD").
