Anyone can get personal advice on a wide range of issues: increased anxiety, fears, low motivation, burnout, overcoming life crises, depressive states, difficult relationships with colleagues, fellow students, relatives, etc.

Consultations are held in two formats:

online and offline

from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays
