“New restrictions will be introduced in Almaty. This decision was made at a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov and Almaty Akim Bakytzhan Sagintayev with the city's medical community,” Tengrinews.kz reports.
It is reported that Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov arrived in Almaty on a working trip. Together with Bakytzhan Sagintayev, he met with the chief doctors of hospitals and clinics in the video conference mode.
Following the meeting in Almaty, the restrictions will be introduced:
to transfer to a remote mode of work 60-80 percent of employees of organizations where the number of employees is 15 or more people;
to suspend the opening of additional duty groups in preschool institutions, duty classes in city schools;
to restrict the work of shopping centers, shopping facilities until 5 pm on Saturday with closing for a cleaning day on Sundays;
to permit the operation of catering facilities, including those located in shopping and entertainment centers, from 07.00 to 23.00, with occupancy of no more than 50 seats, without holding collective events, in compliance with the requirements of the order of the chief sanitary doctor;
to recommend to organizations official transport for the delivery to work and delivery of workers of industrial, construction, transport enterprises;
to organize the work of Public Service Centers with the establishment of a work schedule on weekdays from 10.00 to 18.00, on Saturdays - from 10.00 to 15.00, in compliance with the requirements of the decree of the chief sanitary doctor;
to continue the operation of tourism facilities in compliance with the restrictive measures established when working in a test mode.
It should be noted that now Almaty is in the "yellow" zone for coronavirus. There is an increase in incidence after a decline in early and mid-autumn.
